DEPOSIT POLICY- Book your appointment today and experience where artistry meets elegance, comfort, and community. Booking requires a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit & VISA/Debit card to secure your spot. CANCELLATION POLICY- You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. If you no call/no show you will be charged 100% of service and terminated from booking further appointments. ELECTRONIC DEVICES- Any use of speaker phone, FaceTime, , zoom work calls, and/or any other turbulent noise is REQUIRED to wear headphones to respect other guest in the salon. Cancellation Policy
Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If client No Call/No Show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled booking service and terminated from booking any future appointments.
